200 Monges, “Reserve”. Rioja Reserva wine is the result of a very careful selection of the best grapes and bunches to obtain a wine with exceptional potential, which keeps all its aroma and splendor that have led to countless national and global awards and recognitions.

Vineyards: Vineyards whose average age exceeds 45 years.

Rioja harvest: Harvested manually in boxes of 15 kg. Manual selection of bunches in the vineyard and cellar.

Elaboration: The selected clusters were mechanically destemmed on a stainless steel screen and gently crushed using rubber rollers to break up the grain. Fermented in “Allier” wooden vats for 11 days at a temperature between 24º and 28ºC, it remained in the presence of the skins for another 20 days, obtaining a structured wine with a noble tannin that will give rise to a long life of our wine.
